Yollty Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction 

The Yollty ReferralProgram allows registered Yollty users (an “Yollty User”) to earn Yollty Pointsby referring friends to Yollty.

Toparticipate, Yollty Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the Yollty Termsand Conditions. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the samemeaning given to them in the Yollty Terms and Conditions.

How to Earn Referral Yollty Points

Yollty Users canearn Yollty Points if: (i) a referred friend adds your unique referral code inthe field provided at the first screen of the Yollty application beforecreating a valid Yollty account that complies with our Terms and Conditions;and (ii) the referred friend performs a Qualifying Activity.

The referring YolltyUser will be credited with the Travel Credit amount described in theaccompanying promotional materials. Users may earn a maximum of 1000 Yollty Pointsper account.

Qualifying Activity

A QualifyingActivity can be a visit to a business, a Facebook check-in, a post onInstagram, a feedback provided to a Business that resulted in the referredfriend winning some Yollty Points and that complies with our Terms and Conditions.

Redeeming Yollty Points

Yollty Points willautomatically appear in your balance, and must be used within one year from thedate they are issued. After one year, the Yollty Points will expire. YolltyPoints may not transferred or exchanged for any cash or money.

Yollty Points maynot be earned by creating multiple Yollty Accounts. Yollty Points accrued inmultiple Yollty accounts may not be combined into one Yollty account.

Sharing Referral Codes

Referrals shouldonly be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared withpersonal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referralcodes should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basisfor believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such ascoupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Referred Friends

Referred friendsthat have signed up using a valid referral code will also receive Yollty Points.Varying Yollty Points and additional terms will be shown in the referralinvitation or accompanying promotional materials.

Multiple Referrals

A referred friendmay only use one referral code. If a referred friend receives referral codesfrom multiple Yollty Users, only the corresponding Yollty User of the referral codeused by the referred friend will receive Yollty Points.

Severability

If any provision inthese terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (orthe part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struckand not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Change

Yollty may suspendor terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in theReferral Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve theright to suspend accounts or remove Yollty Points if we notice any activitythat we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review andinvestigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referralsas deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to the Terms

We can update theseterms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will postthe modification on the Yollty.com website, applications, or services, whichare effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Programafter any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
